The Youthvent Customer App and website are operated by Youthvent. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect customer information.
Information We Collect
Depending on how you use Youthvent, we may collect:
Name, email address, phone number and account information.
Event bookings, schedules, seats, tickets and QR codes.
Payment status, transaction references, wallet activity and refunds.
Product orders, quantities and delivery details.
Favourite events, reviews, referral codes and support messages.
Device type, app version, notification token, IP address and security logs.
Payment details are entered through secure third-party payment providers. Youthvent does not intentionally store complete card numbers or card security codes.
How We Use Information
We use this information to:
Create and manage customer accounts.
Process event bookings, payments, refunds and product orders.
Generate and deliver tickets.
Validate tickets and record event check-ins.
Provide wallet, referral and customer-support services.
Prevent fraud, duplicate bookings and unauthorized access.
Send booking, payment, order, check-in and event-reminder notifications.

Notifications
With your permission, Youthvent may send:
Booking confirmation or payment-failure updates.
Product-order confirmation or payment-failure updates.
Ticket check-in confirmations.
Event reminders before your booked schedule.
Important refund, account, security or service updates.
You can disable push notifications through your device settings. Important updates may remain available in the app’s Notifications page.
Information Sharing
Relevant information may be shared with:
Event organizers and authorized gate staff.
Payment providers such as PayTabs, TAP or MyFatoorah.
Product vendors and delivery providers.
Cloud hosting, Firebase, email and notification providers.
Apple, Google and other required platform services.
Authorities where legally required.
Youthvent does not sell personal information or use it for third-party behavioural advertising.
Data Security and Retention
Youthvent uses encrypted connections, password hashing, access controls and security monitoring to protect customer information.
Information is retained only as long as needed for account operation, bookings, orders, payments, refunds, security, customer support and legal obligations. Data that is no longer required may be deleted or anonymized.
Your Rights and Account Deletion
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information.
To request account deletion, contact Info@byyouthvent.com using the email address registered with your Youthvent account.
Certain booking, payment, refund, check-in, fraud-prevention, accounting or legally required records may need to be retained.
Children’s Privacy
Youthvent is not intended for children who cannot legally consent to use the service. Where required, bookings for minors should be made or authorized by a parent or legal guardian.
Third-Party Links and International Processing
Youthvent may contain links to organizer websites, maps or social platforms that operate under their own privacy policies. Some service providers may process information outside Kuwait using appropriate security safeguards.

Youthvent may update this Privacy Policy when its services or legal requirements change. Important updates may be communicated through the App, website, email or notification.
