By using the Youthvent Customer App or website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment. Tickets are valid only for the specified event and schedule and may be scanned once.

Event organizers may change event dates, venues or programmes. Important updates may be communicated through the App, website, email or notification.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Failed or cancelled payments will not confirm a booking or order.

Refund eligibility depends on the policy and cutoff time displayed for the relevant event. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.

Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information. Product orders are confirmed after successful payment and remain subject to availability.

Coupons, wallet credits and referral rewards are subject to their displayed conditions. Youthvent may cancel benefits obtained through fraud, misuse or error.

You must not misuse tickets, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with Youthvent services. Accounts may be suspended for fraud, abuse or security risks.

Youthvent aims to provide reliable services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, Youthvent is not responsible for organizer changes, third-party failures or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Personal information is handled according to the Youthvent Privacy Policy.

To request account deletion, contact Info@byyouthvent.com from your registered email address. Certain legal, payment, booking or security records may need to be retained.

Youthvent may update these terms when its services or legal requirements change. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the State of Kuwait.
